The Torrijos Refuge.

In 1831, General Josê Marîa Torrijos led an uprising against the absolutism of King Fernando 7th. His objective was to restore the Constitution of 1812, but following his betrayal at the hands of the governor of Málaga, he fled from the royal troops to Alhaurîn de la Torre, hiding in the farmhouse known as Hacienda de la Alquerîa, which belonged to the Count of Mollina. Following his capture, he and his companions were shot on the beach of El Bulto, in Málaga.
