The Wine Museum of Malaga is located in the historic city center, in the Palace of Biedmas, renovated building of the eighteenth century.

It aims to be a space where coexist history, culture, art and education about the wines of the province of Malaga. To this end, the exhibition features more than 400 lithographs, Interpretation Centre, Tasting Room, Training Room and Shop. It houses the headquarters of the Regulatory Council of Denomination of Origin of Malaga, Malaga Mountains and Malaga’s raisins.

Museum activity transcends the purely museum to become a center of culture to disclosure the wine and mainly the wine made in Malaga. This is therefore a center that promotes the training and dissemination of all the skills and knowledge related to the development, maintenance, enhancement and promotion of wine in all its varieties, and all other activities which benefit the sector.
