The Cenicero beach, in Torrox, It has a sandy area of about 1,200 meters and a width of 40 meters. It is located in the area of Morche and generally has a moderate waves and a lot of vegetation. The Cenicero beach is not one of the most popular beaches of the Costa del Sol, but nevertheless has an abundance of services found in a clearly urban environment.
The beach, with dark sand, despite of not having promenade, is pretty well connected and is easy to access.
As is it is usual in the area of Torrox and generally throughout the Costa del Sol, Cenicero beach is suitable for families and lovers of sun and beach, sports or nature.
The beach, being in an urban environment, is close to all amenities, so it is perfect for a family visit. The Torrox area has a wide range of catering, entertainment and sport, therefore both long and short stay on the Cenicero beach is easy to include in a route throughout the area.

HOW TO GET THERE
From Torrox, it takes less than 10 minutes in car to get to the Cenicero beach, being able to undertake the route of MA-102, highway of Torrox / A-7207 and N-340 until the street of Mar, and you are already there at El Morche.
To access the Torrox region in car, the best way is through the famous highway of Mediterráneo (A-7; N-340). In the stretch between Vélez-Málaga and Nerja, we will find the indication of deviation towards Torrox, place of direct access.
