The Rio Real beach, located in the province of Málaga, municipality of Marbella, conforms to other stretches of golden sands the famous Montero’s beach. The extension of the Rio Real beach takes up 400 meters long and 30 meters wide on average.

If you like water sports and hobbies, Rio Real beach offers the opportunity to practice them, hiring jet skis and boat trips, among other activities.

Caressing this beach is the golf course with the same name, one of the 70 golf courses which are divided by the so-called Costa del Sol- Costa del Golf, with a superb infrastructure and, of course, with a privileged climate that allows to practice it, throughout the year. And among them, golf course Rio Real it is one of the most beautiful and popular in Marbella.

Walking the beach, we can also reach the exclusive Trocadero Arena restaurant, a dining experience that is well worth trying.

The story is also present in this area near the base level of the Rio Real has found a site with several ceramic remains that take us back even to the Phoenician times.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the centre of Marbella, take the N-340 and A-7. In just 10 minutes, you will be walking around the Real River sands.

There is also a bus stop about 200 meters from the beach.

If you come by car from the city of Malaga, drive through the AP-7 and A-7 motorway towards Marbella. In about 50 minutes, you will be lying on the sand.
