One of the most spectacular natural spots in Coin is the spring where the Rio Alaminos is born., which is situated in an area known as LA FUENTE. The hills that flank the small valley are quite deep, especially on the most eastern edge where the TAJO EL RAYO gives visitors a view of a wonderful rock face with the river flowing at its feet. These areas of natural beauty are accessed by the Mijas road.
