Located in the municipality of Marbella, playa del Cortijo Blanco is one of the quietest beaches in the area. This is a privileged beach, not only for its location - away from apartment buildings - but also for the idyllic natural environment that frames it: the high peaks of the Reales de Sierra Bermeja Natural Park.

This mountain range is the mountainous ridge that separates Serranía de Ronda from the Mediterranean coast from Marbella to Estepona. The largest ridge of rocks rich in iron and platinum in the world.

It is further characterized as being a bowling beach, which makes it even more special.

Access by car is easier and it is recommended to park around the adjacent housing developments and access the beach by foot.

DIRECTIONS

From Marbella city centre: take the AP-7 to A-397 and take this exit. Continue to your destination in Marbella. Approximate time of 14 minutes.

From downtown Malaga: take the MA-20 from Plaza Jesus el Rico, Paseo Park and Avenida de Andalucía. Subsequently, head to the Autovía del Mediterráneo / A-7 until your destination. A route of about 50 minutes.
