Río Real Golf Club
Inaugurated in 1965, designed by Javier Arana, this magnificent 18-hole par 72, 6.057 meters golf course is set in a beautiful sloping valley with challenging greens.
Perfect for golfers of all levels, the course is situated in a beautiful valley with a variety of trees, highlighting the pines and palms.
The name comes from the Royal River (Rîo Real) running through the field in several places before reaching the Mediterranean Sea. The greens are generally quite flat, beautifully maintained and protected by bunkers that surround them.
Owned by the Rio Real Hotel Resort, it has its own country club and Golf learning academy. Considered as one of the best Golf courses in Marbella, it hosts prestigious tournaments and offers several holiday break golf + hotel packages.
