This establishment is a new modern and comfortable building.
The cuisine is based on traditional cooking, typical of this area, prepared with local products by experts in the regional gastronomy. For those who prefer natural products, there is vegetarian cuisine. Here we suggest some starters: sea urchin filled with king prawns au gratin, dried salted venison, croquettes with Iberian ham and field mushrooms or fish and shellfish soup.
As for main courses, they serve sole turban with grapefruit and pink peppercorns, beef tenderloin with salsa cazadora (sauce chasseur or hunter´s sauce) and ostrich with cranberry and blueberry sauce.
You can taste desserts like Frigiliana boniato with sugar cane honey, coconut sorbet or leche frita (fried custard squares) with sweet cane honey and vanilla ice cream.
It is placed at the bottom of The Sierra de Almijara, three kilometres away from Frigiliana, overlooking the mountains as well as the sea and ten minutes away from Nerja beaches.
