Aqueduct bridge The “Baños”
The Baths bridge is located close to the Hedionda baths and the Arroyo Albarran. Built in the sixteenth century and restored in the eighteenth century, is related to the irrigation ditch and the movement of people between the two margins, especially among the Baths and Vallecillo path, serving also as the canal for the aqueduct of water.
The bridge is made of the limestone of the closed Sierra de la Utrera, with two eyes on the river and a length of 45 meters, with a height above the normal river level of 2 meters. It shows a remarkable robustness in its basements which has maintained it to these days.
