Town Hall

The 18th century Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) is one of the village’s finest works of architecture.

Of neoclassical design, it was built in 1784 on the orders of Carlos 3rd. Constructed from sandstone blocks, the building is a typical example of civil architecture. The exterior consists of two floors of galleries with Roman aches. The central section, which stands out from the main faèade, features three arches which support a triangular pediment with a clock and royal coat of arms at its centre.
