The Mazagarrobo beach, in Torrox, despite being hidden and having a low turnout, is easy to access (is located next to the N340). It is linked to Peñoncillo beach and features sand with vegetation, moderate waves and cleaning services, plus parking.
Also known as Tajo de la Virgen, it is ideal for relaxing and snorkelling while discovering the marine fauna.

Do you want to stop after several days of golf or visiting museums? In Torrox region on the Costa del Sol in Malaga, we can find both beaches full of urban services such as hidden paradises of dark sand.
Although both the Peñoncillo beach and the Mazagarrobo Peñoncillo are quite hidden and do not usually have an excessive number of people coming in, the close by localities of the area enable us to have all the services that are provided by these urban centres.
HOW TO GET THERE
Communications are undoubtedly one of the strengths of tourism in the Costa del Sol. The capital, Malaga and rural destinations and beaches are really well connected by car or by bus or train. Malaga airport - Costa del Sol, on the other hand, it features a good number of connections.
In the highway of Mediterráneo (A-7; N-340) between the section Velez-Malaga and Nerja, the indication of deviation towards Torrox is clearly seen, where you reach directly and without need to access any other highway. From Torrox, we are already very near to El Morche and Peñoncillo highway take us to the Mazagarrobo beach.
