UNIQUENESS

This resort is located in one of the most impressive landscapes in Malaga: the Gaitanes Gorge in the heart of El Chorro.
The complex is formed by a set of 27 apartments, for up to 76 people, each one for 2 to 5 people. Two of these apartments are junior suit. In its decor traditional materials has been mixed with new and innovative modern design.

CHARACTERISTICS

Two large dinning rooms, with a capacity of 90 people each, are offered to clients, as well as several terraces with capacity of 15 to 50 people with wonderful panorama.

The restaurant's cuisine is based on local products and typical local dishes, but vegetarian food is also offered. In the menu it can be found dishes such as warm salad of endive, tomatoes nests, crumbs, corns or garlic soup, as well as sole with almonds, goat with garlic, shoulder of roasted kid, partridge baked or special slaughter brochette, among others.
Several activities related to nature can be performed around, such as hiking, climbing, canoeing and various cultural options offered by the municipalities in the area.

The resort is open all throughout the year.

It is located in the centre of El Chorro (The Spurt), at one of the most sensational spots in Malaga - the gorge known as El Desfiladero de los Gaitanes.
