La cuisine de la Axarquia et ses fêtes (en espagnol)

Each recipe has been chosen and developed with the goal of bringing a bit of the Axarquia to every home, as well as to evoke emotional experiences about their people, festivals, hospitality and traditions through a selection of dishes not exhaustive nor unique, but representative of the feelings of our region.
Dishes, ingredients, traditions and modernity show some clues to find the Axarquia through its gastronomic festivals: some of them declared a touristic interest; others simpler and more humble. But all of them live and authentic: grapes, oil, almond, peach, loquat, avocado, honey in a thousand varieties, fish, goat, lamb, pork, vegetables, spices, wine...
You can not miss it: prepare these recipes, and much better, come to try them to the Axarquia.
