Ever since 1994 this village has celebrated a few special days during the first fifteen days of August (every two years) in which a wide range of artistically oriented people get together to create, exchange ideas and experiences and experience communal living. The Local authority provides accommodation, food, as web as materials, utensils, and the edition of a catalogue of all the collected work for the guests. All the works of art that are made throughout the event become part of the patrimony of the village. A selection of the stone, wooden, metal, cork and ceramic sculptures as well as the murals, collages, paintings, photographs and diverse works are placed all over the village in the squares, streets, and public places, while others are exhibited in municipal offices and settings. At a later date they will be exhibited in the future museum, which once was a oil mill and which is still in the process of being remodelled.
