Santa Ana Parish church
The Santa Ana parish church is the most important building in the villlage. It dates back to the 16th century and is a Mudejar style work with one nave and one transept. The main nave is covered with a decoartive wooden framework. The exterior is very simple and it has an access to the Gospel nave through a half-round arch. The old minaret of the mosque is well worth mentioning, although this was added to by the Christians who built the belfry on top. When the church was being restored in 1991 some original paintings were discovered under heavy layers of lime paint. There were later indentified as belonging to the 16th century.
