A late 16th-century construction that provides the highlight of the village centre. Its noble design is supported by pillars with half-point arches on the ground floor, whose left-hand room has a completely-hollow subsoil.

The building consists of two floors restored. The ground floor is devoted to administrative services and local police units, whilst the second floor is the historical archive, the plenary hall and the conference room. There are also some offices of the different areas of government.
