Standing at the top of the village, this 16th century building was restored in the 18th and mid 20th centuries. Of Mudêjar design, the interior is divided into three naves by cross-shaped pillars. The small image chamber in the Epistle nave dates back to the 18th century, while the end of the same century saw the construction of the church’s most interesting feature, the rococo-style chapel with its polychrome-decorated triumphal arch. Since the renovation of 1953, it has stood at the entrance to the church, housing the image of Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles and, now, of San Roque.
