Beaches

Playa de Chullera, also known as Punta Chullera or punta de Cala Sardina (named for its proximity to this beach in Cádiz), is located in the Malaga municipality of Manilva, and defines the boundary between the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz. This beach is about 2.5 miles from the river mouth of río Guadiaro.

With its stones, gravel, and golden sand, playa de Chullera spans an area of about 700 metres in length and about 6 metres in width. It is a beach located in a semi-urban area with moderate waves.

The main attraction to this beach is the ecological wealth and the beautiful landscape that Chullera offers its visitors as well as the cleanliness of its waters, ideal for spearfishing.

5 km away we can find La Duquesa Marina, located in the Strait of Gibraltar. Its access and quality of services make it one of the most important in the province.

Manilva is an Andalusian village in the region of the Costa del Sol Occidental, bordering with Casares and the province of Cadiz. Its best known beaches are playa de las Sabinillas, playa de la Duquesa - El Castillo or playa de la Colonia.
