Cala del Pino

Cala del Pino. Nerja

Cala del Pino

Cala del Pino Beach is located at only 6 kilometres to the east of the town of Nerja.

There are two sandy bays of average proportions located between the beach of the Alberquillas and Torre del Pino. Although separated by fallen rocks, you can go peacefully from one to another.

Like most beaches of Nerja, it is protected by the existing area of vegetation surrounding area. And it is characterized by offering completely clean and clear waters where snorkelling and diving is a pleasure. It also has rocky outcrops and underwater formations that you can explore.

A small bay which is hard to reach in a rugged landscape of pine trees and prickly pears. Where, usually nudism is practiced, especially around the rock formation that separates the two sections of beach.

One of the drawbacks of this enclave is access, since it must be done on foot once you park near the area. The roads are quite steep, something to consider when travelling with children or overloaded. At the same time, this gives the beach a low degree of occupancy even in summer.
