Cerrado del Águila Golf & Resort is situated in Mijas-Costa, next to the Race course “Costa del Sol”. It has fantastic views of Fuengirola and the sea.
This golf course of 9 holes was inaugurated in May 2007 and it is going to have another 9 holes coming soon.
The design took advantage of the available land, making great earthworks to achieve a flat, wide streets, very comfortable to play, and very technical at the same time, with sea and mountain views and large greens that satisfy the demands of golfers. It is suitable to play on foot, and accessible for all types of players. Its greens are not too big but offer numerous pin positions.
It has great installations to practice this sport: a putting-green, an approach area, a 9 holes chip & putt and a covered driving range with a distance of 250 meters.
The golf course has the “Cerrado del Águila Golf  School” with individual and group classes.
