The restaurant La Cañada del Sacristán [Sacristan’s way] offers top quality catering based on natural ecological seasonal products that come from their own garden. The country house has a small, but good-quality, wine cellar with some of the most famous Spanish wines, and a special selection of some excellent Andalusian wines.

The restaurant is in the locality of the Sierra Norte of Malaga (Nothern part of the Province of Malaga), in the beautiful site called El Brosque in the small town of Villanueva de Rosario, between the Guadalhorce River and the gorge of the Marîn stream.
